Deals of Note: Shanahan Development LLC purchased 67,008 square feet of land at 1530 W. 13th Ave. in Denver for $5.75 million from Savio House. The buyer plans to build income-restricted housing. Russell Gruber of Gruber Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. Chris Wiedenmayer of CW Real Estate Partners represented the seller.

Gruber Commercial Real Estate reports the following deals: Lafayette Land purchased 4502-4510 Wynkoop St. in Denver for $4 million from R and R LLC. Russell Gruber handled the sale. Prime Milling LLC leased 5,360 square feet with a large fenced yard at 4262 Madison St. in Denver. Russell Gruber represented the landlord.
